We are first and foremost residential property managers but unlike many property management companies we are in business to maximise our clients' incomes over the long term.

Pineflat is not only a property management company but also a property investment company in its own right so we try to offer the sort of residential property management that investors need.

Many of our clients come to us because high street estate agents cannot provide the sort of professional property management that they require.

We aim to outperform other property management companies by keeping revenues high, expenditure low and voids to an absolute minimum.
