COSTS AND SERVICES FOR LANDLORD INVESTORS

Portfolio & statement fee £50 client per month:

Detailed statement of income and expenditure by e-mail
  each month

Annual  analysed statement of all income and expenditure in
  PDF or Excel format

Bespoke yield and performance analysis

 

Standard management service £50 per property per month

Rent collection by Direct Debit on the first day of the month

Bill payments as agreed including service charges,   maintenance and sundries

Remittance of net rent to landlords by BACS on the 10th day
  of the month

Itemized  statement of income and expenditure by e-mail

Holding deposit in designated sub account, in full compliance
  with tenant deposit regulations

Co-ordination of annual safety checks

Day-to-day liaison with tenants and point of contact 365 days
  a year

Repair services, including 24/7 emergency cover

In-house maintenance service and access to approved
  contractors

Co-ordination of inventory, check in and check out

Negotiation of deposit release at the end of tenancy

Transfer of utilities at every occupant change (Spark)

Chasing of rent arrears

Management between tenancies

Co-ordination of tenancy renewal
